In the professional world, a man's worth is often gauged by  praise and awards, and since I am trying my derndest to get published, I suppose I had best do a little bit of bloviating about myself. So here is a list of awards, publications and honors I've been blessed with over the years, divided into four categories; Scholastic, Literary, Machinima/Film and Video Games.

Scholastic

• Presented "Herodotus' Charming Masterpiece" at the 2007 Phi Alpha Theta regional conference in Lincoln, Oregon, on April 14th.
  

• Accepted as a member of the Phi Alpha Theta history honors society, April, 2007.
  

• Recipient of the Corkery Scholarship by the History Department of the University of Washington during spring of 2006.
  

• Admitted into the University Chorale advanced choir for the school year of 2006-2007.

Literary

• "Westwind" was selected for publication in Poetry.com's anthology of 2004. I declined the honor, however.
